Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to the shipping carrier and is in transit to your delivery address.
During busy periods (sales, peak seasons, and holidays), processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched. Transit time depends on your location and the courier network.
Typical delivery estimates:
• Australia: 5–13 business days
• New Zealand: 5–13 business days
• United States: 7–11 business days
• Canada: 8–14 business days
• United Kingdom: 7–10 business days
🌍 Rest of World: 7–18 business days
Please note: During peak times, tracking updates can lag and deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside our control (carrier volume, weather, customs, etc.). International orders may also experience customs delays, which can extend delivery.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to start showing movement—this is normal while the carrier scans the parcel into their system.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details can cause delays, returns-to-sender, or cancellation.
• If you notice an error, email Contact@Azerell.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
• We’ll do our best to update it, but we can’t guarantee changes after the 24-hour window.
If our system detects an address issue, our support team may email you to confirm your details within 3 business days. If we don’t hear back, we may need to cancel the order for safety and accuracy.
Delayed Delivery
We know waiting isn’t fun (especially when you’re excited). We ship as quickly as possible, but delays can happen due to:
• carrier disruptions (weather, transport issues, high volume)
• customs processing (international orders)
• address verification or payment processing delays
If we notice a problem that may slow your order down, we’ll contact you as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, we’ll always do our best to keep you updated and help where we can.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed to the courier, it is managed within their delivery network. If your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it:
1. check around your property (safe drop areas, parcel lockers, neighbours)
2. contact the courier to open an investigation/claim
3. email us at Contact@Azerell.com and we’ll assist with next steps
Azerell is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit or after delivery, and these situations may fall outside our refund policy. However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
If the courier confirms the package is not recoverable, you may be asked to file a police report (this is sometimes required by carriers).
Shipping Policy Changes
Azerell reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. It’s the customer’s responsibility to review the most recent version before purchasing.
